Redownloading The Chosen app on Apple TV is another option to fix technical issues. 

When you redownload The Chosen, first you need to delete it. 

To delete The Chosen app on Apple TV:

1. Turn on your Apple TV and make sure it’s connected to WiFi.
2. On the Tile Screen, go to the The Chosen app, and hover over it.
3. Hold down the Select button on your Apple TV remote for a few seconds.
   
4. You see a notification to press the play/pause button for options. Press the play/pause button.
    
5. Select Delete.
    

After The Chosen app is deleted, you can download it again.

To download The Chosen app on Apple TV:

1. Turn on your Apple TV, and make sure it’s connected to WiFi.
2. Go to the App Store on your Apple TV.
   

3. Search for The Chosen.
   
   

4. Select The Chosen, then download it.
5. After The Chosen is downloaded, you can open it and watch The Chosen video content.
